  Picked up a prescription on a Tuesday afternoon (around 3pm) and the lady serving was extremely unhelpful. There were 2 out of 3 items on the prescription that can be bought over the counter at a cheaper rate than the charges and she wasn't happy when I asked if I could pay the over the counter prices instead. I would have thought this was something they would advise/suggest in any case. What if I were elderly or don't they care to help anymore. Have no idea why she is in a customer service role at all! I hate to think she behaves that way with older customers let alone people who are feeling poorly. Luckily I was picking up on behalf of my daughter so I was feeling fine. I will take my custom elsewhere from now on, there's Boots down the road at Park Parade or a pharmacy in Penn who I'm sure will have better customer relations. Perhaps this particular woman needs to change her job or attitude. Good luck to anyone who gets served by her just hope your not feeling unwell to boot!
